For Middle & High School Students

Less nagging. More systems that stick.

Coaching isn't tutoring and it isn't therapy. Every path starts the same way: a free call to see if we're a fit—no pressure, no script.

Step 1

Free Fit Call

Twenty minutes to talk through what's going on—with curiosity, not correction. No pressure, no script.

Step 2

Foundations Session

A deeper look at strengths and priorities, so we can build the one system that actually fits your student and family—not twelve apps and a color-coded binder. This session is also how we determine whether ongoing coaching is the right next step.

Step 3

Ongoing Coaching

If we're a good fit, your student moves into high-touch, personalized coaching built around their own systems—the goal is always skills they keep for good.

From families we've worked with

It made a world of difference.

Katie gave us some straightforward, achievable adjustments to make to our daily routine, and they made a world of difference. My son has thanked me for making these changes, because his afternoons are so much calmer and easier now.

— Emily S.

What sets Katie apart is her ability to connect with teenagers in a way that feels natural and encouraging. Thanks to Katie, my daughter feels more confident, organized, and in control of her workload.
